I cannot say enough great things about Liz Cockrell and the dedication she showed throughout our home buying journey. From start to finish, her communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring even during an incredibly stressful process. Unfortunately, the lender that was chosen caused significant delays and challenges, leaving us homeless for almost a month. Despite circumstances completely outside of her control, Liz never slowed down or gave up on us. She worked tirelessly to keep communication flowing between the lender and the seller, constantly following up, advocating for us, and pushing for resolutions when others were slow to respond. Her professionalism, persistence, and genuine care for our family made all the difference during a very difficult time. Because of Liz’s determination and commitment, we are now in our forever home, and we are beyond grateful. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
